Mahmud Hasan MBE, Chief Executive of Apasen International was recognised for his extensive community work in the UK and for his contribution in health and social care at the 8th annual British Bangladeshi Who’s Who award ceremony in London.
The award was presented to Mahmud Hasan by Chris Grayling MP, Leader of the House of Commons, and Nikkita Mulchandani, Director of Meridian Grand.
The British Bangladeshi Who’s Who publication highlights the success of the Bangladeshi community and showcases it to both the British and Bangladeshi communities in the UK. Awards were presented to those who have made a significant contribution in the community and wider.
The ceremony and gala dinner was held at the Meridian Grand in North London on the 5th November 2015 with over 400 guests including the Leader of the House of Commons, Chris Grayling MP, Mayoral candidate Zac Goldsmith MP, Bob Blackman MP, Paul Scully MP, Deputy Mayor of London Roger Evans, Executive Mayor of Tower Hamlets John Biggs, Bangladeshi High Commissioner to the UK, Md Abdul Hannan, along with other dignitaries and leaders from the Bangladeshi community.
