Weekly Meetings:
Two weekly meetings were held to streamline our activities. Care officers and staff at Apasen Day Care Centre discussed various learning initiatives. A team leader was chosen at each meeting to ensure smooth continuation of activities. Progress remains consistent with ongoing weekly activities.

Vocational Activities:
New vocational activities commenced at our day care centre, including jewellery making and envelope production, which is integrated into office tasks.
Life Skills:
Students engaged in diverse life skills activities, learning personal space awareness, respectful behaviour, and basic cooking skills, such as cake making.
Events:
Pohela Falgun:
A vibrant cultural programme celebrated ‘Pohela Falgun’ on February 14, featuring student performances and colourful decorations.
International Mother Language Day:
On February 21, International Mother Language Day was commemorated with floral tributes and a rally honouring language martyrs.

Fun Day:
Weekly Fun Day activities blend education with entertainment, fostering social skills and teamwork among students.
Yoga:
Daily yoga sessions at the centre have shown positive effects on students’ physical and mental well-being.
External Visit:
ADB Visit:
Representatives from the Asian Development Bank visited Apasen International to study inclusive education initiatives for students with disabilities. The visit highlighted our activities, with discussions on potential collaboration and training opportunities.
